This Sullivan's Island beach home was updated to modernize this outdated beach home and add more usable living space for the homeowners. The old screen porch was converted into a modern living room opening up the main living area of the home. The pool deck was updated with coastal friendly Ipe decking and an exercise room was built poolside. The master bedroom, master bathroom, and kitchen were also fully renovated and modernized.
