After building a beach house with the Phillip Smith General Contractor team, these clients decided to remodel a newly purchased Mount Pleasant home. This extensive renovation included a kitchen remodel, a pool and gazebo addition and updates to other areas of the home. The entire kitchen was updated with new appliances and cabinets. Two large islands were added to provide plenty of seating. The pool area was designed to allow for outdoor entertaining. With a covered gazebo with built-in fireplace, fans, and entertainment system, this outdoor space can be enjoyed year-round.
